While that site has been helpful in my knowing where an email is coming from I'm finding more and more international buyers that use a AOL or YAHOO etc. email address. I've now added a few words to my TOS and in the EOA emails to alert buyers that the stated fixed shipping is for the US. I use to count on email addresses alerting me to international buyers but the seamless net is making that less valid.
