Hello Mr153,
Depends on the type of suspension.
If the suspension is for a third NPB warning then it is for 30 days.
A suspension for a 4th NPB warning is permanent.
All other suspensions (that I know of) are probably at the discretion of eBay.
It would be best if you reply to the author of the suspension email (the staffer who signed the email and gave their eBay addy) and ask for clarification.

In the past - and I suspect currently as well - if no timeframe was mentioned in the email, the suspension was permanent.
