Purchased a BIN item on eBay. After receiving my WBN from the seller, I logged onto PayPal and made payment to the seller. In the process I noticed that PayPal assumes that if you're a verified user, that you will be paying from your bank account. I instead opted to pay by credit card.

After the transaction was complete, I noticed that PP had gone ahead and drafted my bank account. I thought, oh well. I wrote them and asked why this had happened.

Then last night I checked my CC website and discovered that PP had charged my card as well, which is not reflected on my PayPal account!

Today I receive a letter from PP stating that I cannot use a credit card to put funds into my bank account!

Anyone else ever run into this? What kind of idiots do they have working there?

For certain, after my current auctions are ended, I will NOT be using PayPal.
