This fellow bidded on my auction which ended on the 30th. emailed me on the 31st claiming he likes to send payment via paypal! So I gave him my paypal account and 7 days passed, no payment.

So I emailed him,and he told me he already sned payment via paypal, claims he has the recipt and all,and that I should double check. I double checked, no payment from him.

Well yesterday, he gave me a excellent feedback saying "quick and easy transaction" Well I STILL have the item, I NEVER recived the money, I dont even have his addres to ship the item to! This guy thinks he can trick me into thinking I already mailed him the item, when I havent!

Can I still file for a "non paying bidder form" for this guy? Its pretty obvious he ISN'T going to send the money. I want my FVF back but will ebays give me back the FVF since this guy gave me a excellent feedback? Or if I file a non payer thing, cant he tell ebays I am filing a false report and get me suspended? Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

Go ahead and file the NPB alert. He'll have to PROVE that he sent the payment to the correct address.

It is probably a typo in the email address he entered. Ask him to check his account and compare who he sent it to ... send you a copy of the account details page.

Sounds to me like you are one up.

he already left you a positive, so you do not have to risk getting a neg.

Don't reply to the positive in your own feedback, just leave it like it is.

Ask the buyer to forward you a copy of the Paypal reciept so you can see it.

If he doesn't pay you for the item then simply file NPBA and FVF and leave him a neg.
