Maybe some one can explain to me what I should do next.
I listed for sale on A Dutch Auction, Quantity of 10 pieces.
1 bidder bid for 1 piece on Jan 12th
1 bidder bid for 10 pieces on Jan 15th
How do I handle this since I only have
10 pieces?
The auction has ended today......
I have sold on Dutch Auctions before but
I never sold more than I had.

If they both bid the same amount, bidder #1 gets 1 item and bidder #2 gets 9. Since bidder #2 didn't get all he wanted, he doesn't have to take any.

So what I do is email bidder #1 and give them one item.
then Email bidder #2 and offer 9 items to them and if they want to they don't have to purchase the 9?
How does Ebay know if they are not going to purchase the 9 pieces.

If what I assumed above is correct (both bidders bid the same amount), I would send Bidder #1 an EOA notice for 1 item, and Bidder #2 an EOA notice for 9 items. If Bidder #2 replies that he is not interested, since he can't have all 10 he bid for, you can request a partial FVF refund through eBay. This link explains eBay's procedures:
