I won an auction on January 5th. I was the only bidder and I won the item for $1.00 plus s&h. I have emailed the seller several times--even did "mail this auction to a friend" but never have gotten any response. Am I just SOL? Should I contact Safe Harbor? Should I neg the seller and risk getting a retaliatory neg? I'd hate to do that if the seller is having some sort of problem. Any advice is welcome.

Check their Ebay account for activity since Jan 5th. Such as new listings or feedback they have left. If they have listed new auctions and left feedback, then they have access to the internet and to your email. That being the case, they are probably hoping you will quietly go away so they can relist it at a higher price.

I checked and it seems the seller ran 3 other auctions with the one I won. He has left feedback for 2 of the winners--once on January 10th and once today (16th). The seller doesn't seem to have run any auctions since the ones that ended on the 5th. Seems like I have been bamboozled.

I have problems getting sellers to respond. It is not just buyers that will not respond.
Someone listed a car for a low starting price, my son won the(only) bid, I picked the car up and the seller was hostile. Thought I was going to have to whop him before I got away. If they don't want to sell it don't list it.
