I just found out today that I have a problem thanks to billpoint. On the 7th I paid for an item using billpoint. When I wrote the seller yesterday asking where my item was I got a reply saying they had shipped it to the address provided by billpoint. They then sent me a copy of their receipt from billpoint and this was the address billpoint sent them. The problem is it is not my address. I am in NY and this is a totally different name (mrs. jones) and a canadian address. When I checked my billpoint info this is the same info provided there but I have never heard of this person. I have no idea how this happened. Has anyone else ever herad of this happening? Now I am worried that my billpoint info has been accessed somehow.

I have contacted billpoint but so far no answer. I am worried now about the rest of the information billpoint has on me. After all, if I have gotten ahold of her mailing address, some one else may have my credit card information.
