Need some info from those of you who have used billpoint for awhile. I recently decided to add Billpoint to my payment options for buyers. I , so far, have had only two buyers use it and it takes FOREVER to show up in my account. This last payment was made last week on Thurs. and its now going on eight days tomorrow and the money is not in there yet. Frankly, I do not see this as quicker and more convenient than money orders or paypal. Eight days to deposit is ridiculous. I don't mind paying for a service to take credit cards but , in this case anyway, the buyer lives in the same state and I could have gotten his payment, cashed it and spent it in the time its taking this "convenient" service to make their float money and get my money to me...?? ...is this normal?? Eight days?? I checked the account page and it was cleared last week on the buyers end.

I checked my Billpoint activity for the past 30 days. Billpoint transfers my deposits to my bank within 24 hours of the customer payment. My bank posts the deposit on the same day or within 24 hours with the exceptions of Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
...is this normal?? Eight days?? I checked the account page and it was cleared last week on the buyers end.
