In other words, Monday through Thursday of the SAME week. If you bid and win on an item that doesnt end until the following week, it does not apply to the first week's winnings. Otherwise, you pay shipping.
Im trying out different things to make bidders want to BID. Just want to make sure it makes sense to you.

Effective Feb. 1, shipping (excluding insurance) will be my treat if you win FOUR OR MORE auctions in the same week of sales! This applies *only* to auctions ending Monday-Thursday of the SAME CALENDAR WEEK (no exceptions!).

If I were you, I would state the normal shipping costs first...and then put in the blurb about the free shipping. That way you can leave out the "otherwise..." part.
