Does anyone use software to manage their auctions? What is the best software? Is it easy to use? Does it really save time? Thanks for any relpies! : )

Ampro is excellent. I, for one, am prepared to pay for it. I have no qualms about paying for quality goods and services! (Quickly donning my flame retardant suit....!)

Sorry Linda, I'll rephrase. I have used Auction Amigo Pro for quite sometime now. It is free at the moment, but I expect it to be a pay for program in the future.

I use AuctionTamer for my post-sale management. It is not web-based. All info. stays between myself and the buyer and customers do not get annoyed as they sometimes do with web-based management programs.

I use AW's web-based services to list (I list from multiple locations/computers) and eBud for post-sale management.

I think all the programs out there, whether web-based or on the computer, have their pros and cons? Just a matter of trial and error and finding what works best for your particular needs and expectations.

Thanks for all the great imput. I will check out AW Action Manager now. I really need a way to manage auctions and save some time!
