Often it's said here at AW "I'm suing eBay" or "Class Action Lawsuit."

Just wondering, has anyone filed a lawsuit against eBay - successfully or not?

First of all, the User Agreement requires bniding arbritration.

And the only class action suit against eBay so far (fraudulent sports memorabilia) has ended with eBay being dropped from the suit by the judge.
