When eBay removed the categories Everything Else/Tools and all the sub-categories and dumped all my auctions in Equipment/Industrial/General without telling me or trying to sort them out I was miffed.
I was silly enough to complain. Here is their answer - IT DIDN'T HAPPEN - I feel so much better.....

They didn't say it didn't happen - they said they didn't find any record or reason in your record WHY it happened.

Glenda - In my very short letter to them I explained that the categories were eliminated. It is as if they either could not understand what was written or think I made it up.
How can there be major system changes and
the support people are unaware of them?
