Had to do that sorry,no problems with bidders or anything like that.

Beth and I packed over 40 items to ship yesterday.Well we went to the PO today to pickup the mail and what came in with Paypal
and Billpoint and I have another 20 items to ship.

It seems payments are breeding like rabbits things we like very much. But the look I get of late when I come back from the PO with more payments.Makes me think I better look for an new home hahahahaha.

Do you ever feel like that at times, its not a complaint but sometimes you feel like can we get a break for more than a few days without having to worry about shipping.

Yes quit listing and they will stop coming

Have fun I think we are

Hi Adrian - good to read about your little problem! I had a busy day here, too. I hoped the kids would maybe entertain themselves a bit while I got a grip, but they had other ideas like killing each other.

Yes the last week has been much better for me also.
Sell any swimming pools yet?
Our pool is under a tarp with four foot of dirty snow on top of it. I don't think we will even see it again until April.

I had the exact same problem (if you want to call it a problem).

It is beginning to be too much like work.

No pool sales yet but working on it.Its been unusually cold here in Florida so I think its not on peoples mind.

Come March it should be rocking here. Our pool is heated and we keep it at 92 degrees we swam this weekend. Its fun doing that in Jan.

Here is a great site www.vrane.com try the sales report feature its great.

I was looking over my sales over last year.I sold about 75,000 less than the previous year however we made more money total on the lesser amount about a 20% increase.

I thought last year was bad too, maybe I better re-think doing this part time and stick at it full time.

Nope time for a change and do something else while building up inventory.

I have a plan to get at least 100 items that I can continually list each week, that sell everytime I list them.

I am about half way there and if I use the money to re-invest in the business rather than to live on I think I can do that within another 12 months.

Then I can just do it full time again. As I can list the other 50 items and all different in about 3 hours as I use the same template for each.

Hope this year is good will see.

Later Adrian

As to the vrane site I found I ran 4115 successfull auctions.Ebay fees where 18563.45
about 11% of sales.I think I can get that below 9% this year.Average sale for the year
36.62.
