I sold 2 items under my other username on eBay to someone with close to 300 positive feedbacks. However when you look at this persons file it is polluted with negatives for poor shipping, no responses, non payments, etc. My EOA was sent out for both items, no response, nothing. Filed a NPB alert on the 11th day and still nothing. I will be negging him and doing the FVF in about..2 days. All of his responses to negatives given AND received are "VERY EVIL EBAYER STAY AWAY I AM REPORTING YOU" and the like. I AM negging him, I WILL neg him...but how should I word what I should say? I know he will retaliate as he has done so with every negative he has given. He has made no effort whatsoever in this. I dont even know why he bid!

I am not an evil eBayer :P)

Leave a calm, factual negative.

If he retaliates with the "I'm reporting you," you might be able to have it removed. One of the bullet items in the Feedback Removal Policy is this:

Feedback that makes any reference to an eBay or law enforcement organization investigation, i.e., "eBay is investigating this person".

I always say something very truthful and business-like.... For example:

"One month and no payment. I will now have to relist this item."

Or,

"Three weeks and no email contact from bidder. Item will be re-listed."

I agree with just stating facts in a businesslike manner.
"No Payment even after NPB filed", etc.

But an apropo one would be:
"NPB filed, no payment~~Very evil ebayer."
