I sent payment to a seller a couple of weeks ago. I just emailed them to make sure they got my payment. I went to Ebay so I could include the auction number in my email..and Ebay says they are NARU!
I'm puzzled because this seller has over 500 feedback..and only 1 neg.
I would have thought to be NARU'd they would have a lot more negs than that?
I have emailed the seller..if they don't answer..I guess I'm SOL.
My question is..what can you do on Ebay to get NARU'd instantly?

The seller moved and their payment info changed. When Ebay tried to bill them, the payment wouldn't go through so Ebay NARU'd them.
They are trying to get it sorted out now.

If eBay finds out a user's contact or registration information is incorrect in any way, the user is suspended until the correct information is provided and eBay verifies it.
It is spelled out in the user agreement.
However keep in mind the feedback may not be a factor for a seller being suspended. For example, shilling will get a seller suspended even if the seller has a very high rating.
