Hello, Please help me interpret this bidder's message. I think she mean she bid "buy it now" on one of my auction by mistake. She doesn't want the buy it now price, but the auction is closed. No one can cancell it. Should she buy the item or.....? This happen to me before and bidder end up not paying at all. What should I do? relist??
Any suggestion? Thanks.
Jan
Here is her e-mail message:
Hi, I just bid the opening bid on your absolute ring. The bid jumped to the buy now price. I tried to cancel this right away. The auction closed immediately. I do not want this ring at this price. This is not an error on my part. I reviewed my bid to be sure.
Thank You

It is an error on her part. There are two boxes to bid. One for your proxy bid and one for BIN. She bid in the BIN box.

Most likely the only alternative you'll have at this point is to file for your FVF using the "both parties agree not to continue" which allows you to get the FVF right away & relist it.
I don't know if you can then relist it for free, so you may be out your listing fee. Bummer.
