Ebay has been crawling for me all morning, every other web site I visit works fine. Anyone else having problems?

Can't even get on. Even tried the homepage and no response. Here we go again.

So far eBay is fine for me, but Paypal is my problem! Couldn't get logged on..now I am logged on and can't log off! LOL
I thought maybe Netscape is having "issues"..perhaps its the whole web. I dunno.Its wierd.

Maybe it's only from certain areas, I'm in Sacramento, California.

MSN/Hotmail is down also, DOS, hackers or what?
