Yep. I was in the middle of checking my account when I started getting the message. That was about 10 minutes ago and I haven't been able to get back on since.

yep same here, was going to change my password after reading the other threat, maybe thats it, everybody's trying to change their passwords

hmmm...I got in no problem, so maybe the jam up is fixed.
PS...I did, however, notice that I received a payment yesterday for which I did NOT receive an email from PayPal.
