How do you keep track of who has left you feedback? In theory, it should be easy enough. However, I find myself having to juggle windows and cross-referencing lists trying to figure out who's done what. Is there some place (site) where I can easily list ALL the information I need? I'd like to see feedback I've left next to feedback the other party has left, and a clear indication of what the item is that was auctioned. I like the #9 post sale key, but it seems a bit tiresome to have to go and check these off individually by looking up feedback.
I am especially curious how it's managed by some who have mentioned that they don't leave feedback for a buyer until the buyer has left feedback. It just seems like a cumbersome process that could be streamlined... but I have yet to figure out how.

My opinion is to stop sweating the small stuff.
Leave your feedback for the sellers and buyers you feel deserve it for one reason or another--leave it when you receive payment, or receive your goods---or leave it when the other party tells you they received their item....it's up to you
but let them worry about when and/or whether they will be leaving feedback for you.
I'm sure you want feedback for every transaction you do and you want to know how the other party felt in a transaction--but life is too short for me to worry when the other party doesn't unless they want me to know.

The way I simplify the feedback process is that I leave feedback for each transaction and I don't keep track of who leaves it for me.

I usually mark an item as received when I get feedback, but otherwise don't track who gives me feedback.
I really dislike those who do not give feedback when they say they would--especially sellers. As a seller, I try to make sure that I give feedback and I mark them off as I do.

hmm, ok. I always do post my feedback when I send out my packages and let them know the item's been mailed. What struck me is that some people wait, so there must be an easy way to know when the feedback's been left and cross reference rather than constantly checking. I just haven't felt the darn auction's complete unless I "hear" back via feedback. Kind of like a cigarette after ummm, uhh, after a meal, yah yah, after a meal. Guess I should quit smoking and not worry about the getting feedback.
Thanks all.

This site has all sorts of neat feedback tools you can use! I use one that allows me to leave positive feedback for ALL of the people who have recently left me feedback. That means that I can leave 100 positive feedbacks in the same amount of time I can leave 1 or 2 positive feedbacks! It's a great tool, and it's free! Give it a try. Hope it helps!
As for who hasn't left feedback for you, forget it. What can you do anyway. Asking wouldn't be a good idea, you might get an answer you don't like. (and the feedback to go with it) Many people still believe that if you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all. Those missing feedbacks could very well be neutrals and negs. Let sleeping dogs lie.
