I haven't received a money order from bidpay that I should have gotten weeks ago. I have emailed them several times letting them know of this problem with no return email.
Anyone have a phone number or email address that I use to get a money order reissued?

I had the same problem and filled out the online form 5 times and never got an answer, and also called the contact number and got a recording that referred me back to the online form. As luck would have it, someone from Bidpay saw a thread that I had started and answered me, and I finally got the money order after almost two months. Good luck.

Their CS Dept. must be awful. I filled out that online form 2 weeks ago w/ a *fraud* question and never received a response. Everyone raves about how great they are, but I beg to differ... Not gonna' advertise for them, that's for sure, if they can't/won't answer a simple question!

Thanks for the phone number...I will have to give that a try. Hopefully I can get some answers from someone. I have tried the contact us page several times with no success and I am know getting really impatient.
I seriously doubt I will ever use them again or advertise.
