A buyer just emailed to tell me to add insurance on her package and included this tidbit"I detest the fact that we have to pay the postal service to ship our items, then pay them not to break them".
I would like to send the postal service some suggestions....anyone else got a good suggestion(I am going to try and send these to the p.o--someone who might get something done.....so be tactful!)
