I sold an item at the end of last yer. Bidder sent address, never paid. By the time I went to file for NPB, he was NARU.

I relisted, sold to another bidder.

Get an email today from the guy, he's been out of town and unable to get his email, sends his name and address again.

So I get ready to send him an email letting him know that the item was sold to another bidder. And I go check to see if I have heard from the new winner and IT'S HIM!

This creep re-registered and bid on the same item! I'm not sure that he knows I am the same seller or not, but I can't believe this. I have never had this happen before.

Where do I send these emails to let eBay know that this guy has been NARU and has re-registered?

What a load of crap. There has to be some way to stop these people from re-registering.
