Here's a brief description of what happened. I had my first deadbeat bidder and first neg, I FVF'd him and negged him. He negged me back saying it was cheesy merchandise, slow shipping and harrassing emails. None of which is true, since he never paid me, I never shipped. I appealed to ebay, they denied my request. I re-appealed, they re-denied.
After scouring the feedback policies on eBay, I found nothing about whether or not someone can be suspended for putting something into feedback that is clearly against policy. Do you know of anyone who has?

Just leave a response to his feedback stating the facts, accept the negative and move on. People will see through it.

Use his real name in the feedback. Ebay will remove all feedback related to that auction. Now, let the bashing commence...
