I just need to vent. I receive $11.00 cash in the mail from a bidder. No item number, no e-mail address. I have no idea what the money is for. I wait a week hoping to get an e-mail from this person. Nothing. I send a postcard to the address on the envelope. I get an e-mail thanking me for my honesty and letting me know the item number. I sent out item on Tuesday. Last night I receive e-mail from this bidder with every curse word there is. Accusing me of not sending item and keeping her cash. It hasn't even been a week since I sent the item and she is flipping out at me because she hasn't gotten the item. She goes on and on about my not being honest with her and not sending the item. What a piece of work!!! I just can't believe The nerve of some people. Really ruined my night. I just keep shaking my head in disbelief. Where do these people get off? thanks for letting me vent!! I feel better now. Jill

I feel the same way, I had a auction end on 1-17 this person has been hounding me with emails about sending the item, then this person has the nerve to call and leave a message on my phone about sending the item. In 2 emails I recieved it was stated they were going to pay via paypal. I had appologized for not sending the item, feeling it was my fault, my 3 kids and myself have been sick. So yesterday I was getting packages ready to go to the po, and low and behold I find no paypal payment from them and no record of receiving payment thru mail. I sent a email and no response yet. The nerve of some people!!

OK - here goes mine. I had an auction for widgets that sold at an astonishing high amount. The person who bid (last minute snipping) asked me in an email if I would be willing to make an exception and ship overseas. My auction clearly stated USA or Canada only.
I emailed this person back letting them know that the only way I would agree to accepting her bid was if she agreed to the following:
1) That payment must be recieved within 10 days after auction end
2) The all customes forms will be CORRECTLY filled out - I am not lying for anyone!
3)That she agree to pay actual shipping charges.
She emailed me back and agreeded to those new terms. She bid (snipped) and won.
Now it has been over the 10 days and no payment. I emailed her to confirm that she did agree to my terms and asked if she sent the payment. She sends me an email and says -"sorry I have been busy. I mailed the payment on XX/XX/XX - you should get it in a week or so."
AAAARRRRRGGGGHHHHHH! I am so upset that I am not sure if I should just wait some more or contact the next high bidder and offer it to them - by the way can you do that?
