A few days ago I posted that I had a buyer under my other eBay name that I was about to neg for completely ignoring my EOA, NPB, etc. Well I negged him last night...on both accounts. I woke up this morning to find 2 glorious GLARING RED negatives in my very clean file (I have one other retaliatory negative) and I had to laugh. He stated that he had the payment ready and how could he pay if I did not send him mailing information? He was going to report me!
Oooh. Not scared. Report me for what? Him bidding on my auctions, me sending TWO EOA's (both of which I proceeded to forward to him after reading the negatives to PROVE that I had sent them), a NPB and then filing FVF? He deserved his negatives and I did not. But looking through my file, people have claimed "Great immediate contact" and stuff like that so...egg on him.
I expected it so I'm not upset and I know people will see through it by looking at his feedback profile vs mine but isn't that a great way to wake up??

Sorry to hear about that, Libby! Retaliatory negs are SO unfair! I have a feeling I'll be in your shoes today - last night I left 7 negs all for non-payment. Wonder how many out of that batch will neg me back??

Yep - the VERY same thing happened to me on Yahoo! (am an ex-Yahooer now)! UUUUHHHH! Doesn't that just burn you up!! I had saved all of my e-mails to him AND responses to HIS e-mails to me - I forwarded them to another computer and then forwarded them ALL to him - a total waste! because I know he had ALREADY gotten them! I also sent him certified return-receipt copies of the same - that was a waste of my money - but it just burns me up to no end when someone says I'm a LIAR and not just a liar, but a BLATANT LIAR at that! This rascal just decided that he didn't want to make the purchase and I KNOW IT! - so I neg'd him and it will stick - because I know he's not going to pay! He said in his neg. feedback on me that he had not received numerous e-mails from me as I had stated - but had only received 2 with no pricing info in it!! Well, how stupid can you get - why would I send him 2! e-mails with no pricing info., etc.??!! - that's just plain STUPID!! Oh well, @@!!$$^^&***!!!! (Reason I sent him hard copies was I was giving him the benefit of the doubt (duhhhh) - that perhaps he really hadn't gotten the e-mails (NOT!)!!

You'll get at least one. I wrote in my response that it was retalitory. I mean this person has like 18 negatives in the last 6 months and I have....1 other than the 2 I got from them. All 3 retalitory. I have a retalitory on my eBay name (same as name here). As long as my feedback profile isn't polluted by negatives I think people will see through them and I'm sure they do.
it is just frustrating that someone else does something against eBay's policies and I get a mark in my file for saying it.
