My auction ended 2 days ago, my winning bidder is now NARU and my 2nd high bidder is NARU. This auction has 3 bidders that have gotten NARU They all had 0 ratings, but one of the ids had 30+ bid retractions. When can I relist this and still file for my Final value credit ( they run this auction up over $100.)

You can relist as soon as you want after the auction ends...but you have to wait at least 7 days before you can file a Non-paying bidder alert and then another 10 days after that before you can file for the Final Value Fee credit.
