This place is an auction site and I have a friend who bid on something and won. Is there any way to find out more info about this site (ie is it legit, or have complaints been filed), before he sends money to them.
Has anyone heard of or dealt with this place before?
I am going to check the BBB right now and see what pops up, but any personal info on dealings with this company is appreciated.

Shouldn't you find that kind of thing out BEFORE you bid?
