Ok...I have about 15 things up for auction.

I set them up Tuesday..same as I did last time and they expire on Sunday.

Last time, out of all those, all but 3 had bids on them by Thurs.

On this weeks auctions I've only had 2 bids! 2!

SO I go and look in the listings....ONLY a couple have the right ICONS next to the descriptions...I have Pictures in every listing as well as BillPoint...Of my 15, 3 have the Picture and BillPoint ICON!

Now If my buyers are like me, 99% of the time, I won't even look at anything if it doesn't have a picture, and I'm sure that goes for some people with BillPoint as well...

I truly believe this is costing me on these auctions!!!

Is there anything I can do in terms of complaining to eBay or am I just out of luck...it's really frustrating.

Do you have something in the listing form box for a pic? Or are you using HTML in the description box to generate the pic?

All of my listings are done through auctionwatch

Sorry should've mentioned that.

That's why I can't figure out what's going on...they're all by AW and only 3 have the IMAGE ICON..and I manually turned on BillPoint on all my auctions and only three of those are showing up as well.

Thanks....Seems people either love them or hate them.

I've also heard MOPAR fans are as loyal as they come...and if they're anything like me they are!

I have the same problem out of 51 items, all with pictures. 8 do not have icons.

Did you email ebay? What did they say? Can they fix it?

I just emailed them myself so they have had no time to respond to me.

Is this an ebay problem or an auction watch created problem?

if your auction has no bids, here is what I have done in the past. I cancel the auctions. Then I email ebay and tell them that due to their error of not showing the icons that you requested you were forced to close and relist your auctions. And that you will need to have your original insertion fees refunded. They will do it. Be sure and list the auctions # closed and the reopened numbers. I also do that if search isn't working for an extended time, or if ebay goes down. I have never been told no, they have always refunded by fees. Good Luck!

You may want to look at

AuctionWatch.com Services > Auction Manager > No picture icons on auction

It is your "fix" to the AW launched ebay items with no picture icon.

Although, it did not work for me because as usual I can not revise auctions launched from AW to ebay.
