There are some interesting legal papers put up on The Smoking Gun site. They involve ebay bidders who won an auction for dinner, backstage passes, 'up front and center' seats with rock singer Ted Nugent.

Ebay winning bidders who actually sue when they didn't receive what they paid for! Amazing.
