I would suggest instead of wondering how to get back after a suspension, you figure out how to pay that bill and PRONTO! By saying I will be able pay it but it may be after the 31st - the operative word here is may and if you want to continue selling, paying the *venue* is imperative. I used to drill into my daughter when she went out on her own, "The first thing you pay is the house/shelter payment. Ebay is your shelter, if that is where you choose to list your items. They along with your ISP get paid first, or you are dead in the water. MHO

I'd use the eBay FAX number, and at the top of the page carefully start:

ATTENTION: Billing Department

I believe that I may be a few days late with my PAST DUE payment owning; I simply want to assure you that I clearly have full INTENT TO PAY this bill -- however, your automated system MIGHT kick me off in the meantime.

ANY advice that you could offer me in my dilemma would be sincerely appreciated.

My eBay Userid is _____________.
My eBay Account # is __________.
My Balance DUE is _____________.
My email addie is: ____________.
Telephone number: (xxx)xxx-xxxx.

I intend to have this PAID IN FULL on February __, 2001.

Thank you for your time and anticipated assistance.

sincerely,
Your.Name.Here

Uhm, MAY I ASK: Why don't you simply FAX in a One Time Payment using a credit card.

Just make sure that you ALWAYS head the fax with:

ATTENTION: Billing Payments

If you don't have a cc, then find a friend, neighbor, or family member that does.

g@@d luck!

I have three accounts on ebay, and pay on a rotational basis, so I am familar with this. They won't suspend after 30 days. I believe it's after 90 days they suspend your account, then will reinstate it once you pay.
