I was sent an e-mail from Stamps saying that I've been credited for an error in my printing I turned in.

Yet when I look in the program, I see no credits in the reports.

Do they list them in your reports or is is just added to your balance with no info added to your reports.

I can't say for sure but it didn't look like it was even credited as my balance didn't look like it had changed..

Can anyone shed some light on this?

They email you when they post credit, and it takes close to 30 days.

Well, I received the e-mail about a week after I sent the Forms to them

They've always just added mine to my available postage. I've not seen any credits in my reports.

Could be possible that I just overlooked the amount, since I've sent stuff out since then.

Hi there, they generally send out an email stating that they have received your request and that you will be sent another email when it is actually posted. So you should receive 2 emails from them. The second being the actual posting of the amount to your account.
