Hi everyone, and thanks in advance for reading my post. Does anyone know for sure
whether the stamps.com program supports international shipping? I've emailed their
support and billing departments, but keep getting totally unrelated canned responses.
The only thing you can do is a postal over ride. With this option, you can print any amount of postage and not have it tied to a transaction. I've used it to print postage for a USPS pickup.
I would use their 'shipping tools', (seems to be VERY accurate), get a price and then do a postal over ride. I believe it's under 'options', right under 'change the date'
You'll probably have to put in an address, but just put your own in and then handwrite the actual address label.

I haven’t found a way to do an “override” without entering a delivery address first. In another thread here someone suggested to just use a known good address to get past this. I checked with Stamps.com and they don’t recommend it. The 2-D bar code that is printed as part of the postage label actually contains some routing information based on the address that was entered! This could delay the delivery of the package.
On another note, Stamps.com does not support Media Mail (Book Rate) either.
