I filed a NPB on one of "winners" and after 10 days filed FVcredit...( tried to leave neg feedback, but was NRU!). My question is, can I contact the second highest bidder now? I started to and now I am wondering if I can? Should I have done it before filing FV credit? Just want to add this is a much better place to get an answer thean trying to get to a place where I can finally ask one e-bay. Why is that? Thanks

Absolutely you can! Ebay doesn't really like for you to make deals outside of an auction, but only bacause they don't get paid when you do. But once you have completed all NPB actions, which you have, then you are free to do what you wish with your item.

I say, email them today. You may make a sale before the day is over!
