I'm not quite sure what to do here. I bid on an auction, and an hour or so later, received an email from the boyfriend of a woman who had bid on a previous auction the seller had, and received a negative for nonpayment. The boyfriend warned me about this seller, saying she was "too impatient" to receive her money and that the neg she left for the buyer was unfair.

I think this is auction interference, but I don't know if I should notify the seller, or eBay, or just let it lie. I don't plan on retracting my bid, but I worry that this person is going to be following the seller's other auctions and doing the same thing. What is the appropriate response?

send the email, with headers attached to [email protected] and let them deal with it. If you want, you can also CC a copy of it to the seller.

I would definitely also let the seller know. I would sure want to know if someone was trying to sabotage my auctions! And by the childish behavior of these people, I can only assume that is what they are doing.

I would contact the seller, and let them deal with SH. I hate do-gooders!
