I had an international bidder that didn't seem to notice that he won sheet music instead of vinyl records. I'm sure it was an honest errror. Can I file a NPB without filing a neg or jeopardizing his status?

When filing for your credit, select the option where it states that both the buyer and the seller mutually agreed to not complete the auction.
