I just left feedback for someone and decided to check out their total feedback file. This is so strange, maybe someone can explain it to me?
21 total feedbacks from 21 unique users. No neutrals and no negatives, yet her overall rating is only 19?!? What's up with that?

I don't think the feedbacks are accurate. I know with my own the overall rating will stay the same yet there'll be new feedback from unique user. I think they lose one here and there.
