Okay, i'm stumped (again, as usual) by the USPS.

I sent payment for an item via Express Mail, and it was sent on Saturday. It was delivered today (as it was stated when I punched in the numbers for tracking) and signed by some guy.

BUT, when I asked the seller if she got payment, she says her boyfriend went to check the box only found and got the card today!! I did a double-check, and sure enough, it wasn't him (don't ask me how I know this; no, i'm not her ex).

She also states that she cannot pick up the payment until Saturday.

This begs a few questions; if the seller didn't sign for it (or her agent), then who did?? Am I able to get a refund because she can't pick it up till Saturday? Or will I be doomed to eat that postage??

Well, I'll be filling out the form and chomping on the bit till next Monday...

I don't know if I can put up the tracking number, as it might anger the AW gods...
