in my auctions I say "winning bidder must reply within three days as to the form of payment..."
So how long do you wait? 3 days? 5 days? Do you send out personal emails if they haven't responded to the AW automated mail? Do you resend the AW automated mail? If it goes 4-5 days with no response can I just relist the items and if they see it, I can say "sorry"?

After a reminder email send an NPB alert on day seven. If that doesn't work, relist.
