I value everyone's opinion here so thought I see what you all think. Situation is this. Auction ended last week, bidder won two of our auctions. Sent EOA notice combining shipping. More than 3 days later, nothing, zip, no response. However, we see where they are currently bidding on our open auctions ending this week. Do we just wait it out and see if they win or should we send a follow up email to our EOA? Common courtesy would have been for them to acknowledge our EOA and ask if we would hold off until the upcoming auctions closes (which we have done in the past). But to not have responded at all, make us nervous, not to mention that they have recently obtain 3 negatives for not responding/paying.
Your opinions would be appreciated. By the way this is my first post, please go easy on me. Thanks.

Luvsromance..no reason to be not to be easy on you lol. When you email this person, are you asking them to respond to your emails? If so, sometimes if you pull their phone number it gets their attention.

Send a "Second Notice", one copy from your registered Ebay account and one from the "Email this auction.." link on the listing page. Indicate very clearly that you expect a response, and that you will cancel bids on any open auctions and begin the process of receiving credit for the fees on the closed auctions, if you do not receive one before the other auctions close (or within 3 days, if that is sooner). I'd usually be more willing to wait it out, but since you're dealing with a bidder who has an obvious track record of non-response/non-payment, I'd be more aggressive. If you do have to cancel the bids, be sure to send the bidder an email instructing them not to bid on anymore of your auctions and CC: [email protected].

I would send them an e-mail noting that they are bidding on your other item and ask them to respond with a certain period of time. Tell them if they do not respond, you will be cancelling their bids on your other items.
I always outline deadlines and consequences in my e-mails.

nanastuff - we always ask our winners to respond with their shipping address, that way we know they received our EAO notice.
pickersangel/dixiebee - we will most likely send them a second notice and mention about their bids on our current auctions. Never had to cancel anyone's bids before, hopefully this won't be the first time!

You might want to send the notice from another email account or via the auction (send to a friend). This way if there is a problem with email from your ISP to the bidders ISP, you should be able to get around the problem.
