What the hell is going on here?
All I ever see on the boards is how "Rotten" all us sellers are...
How about the fact that we have to deal will higher fee's on EVERYTHING from postage, to listing, to paypal, to auction services, and yet accept LOWER bids on our items, only to get jammed by LOSERS and DEADBEATS and CREEPS and JERKS that either don't contact you, say they sent payment and didn't, send you a rubber check, or just decide that they "changed their minds", their "computer broke", or their "dog died"...
On top of that, you have your competitors turning you in on a daily basis for non-existant violations, auctions cancelled by A-holes at ebay that don't know what the hell is permitted and what isn't, the bottom feeders stealing your bidders, the SCUM that steals your ad, that YOU design, and then turns YOU into VeRO for "copyright violations" of THEIR ad...
And we have ebay threatening suspension for violations, that when you turn someone else in for the same thing, they tell you that it IS allowed.

Seriously, though, yes, it is really scary. I have not listed in a few weeks, due to the high volumes of complaints I keep reading about. Not a good climate!

I hate to say it, but.... Of my last 300 auctions, I had 3 NPBs, and those three bidders immediately sent me payment after receiving the NPB notice!
So, I'm basically having the opposite luck Pocono. Sorry.

Hey Poc, sorry to hear about your lousy bidders. But in order to get a better perspective on your situation, how many GOOD bidders have you been getting weekly?
21 NPB's is a lot for most folks, but if you sell 500 items a week .......
Some categories seemed to be plagued with deadbeats, others, like the ones I sell in, are almost problem free. In over 1000 sales I can still count my deadbeats on both hands, with a few fingers left. Only one bounced check, and the buyer had a legit excuse & made good on it with a Postal MO the same week.

Pocono - Lean back, take a deep breath, and relax. I would hate to have you go "belly up" over Ebay. Life is to short !!
