Thanks Reddeer, It certainly is an improvement. If I am reading the announcement right this means we no longer have to apply for our lost fees. The credits will automatically be credited to our account. Good! Good!

Well it looks like they put a fair amount of thought into it. I guess they expect to keep right on crashing.

Hard Outage of more than 1 hour but less than 2 hours:
....listings will not be extended

What I will never ever understand is --

If I have an auction end during an outage, I have lost money. So the ONLY LOGICAL policy is to extend ALL Auctions that are impacted by an outage.

If they are down any time in the last hour before the auction ends, there should be an automatic 24 hour extension.

How do they determine that it is less of a loss of dollars only if they have been down for two hours.
