I need to leave a negative and I am not sure how to word it.
Close to a month ago I made a purchase and paid with PayPal the next day. The item did not arrive, did not arrive, did not arrive. I emailed, no answer. Emailed again and persisted to question where my item was. Finally got an email saying "Backed up, sorry". I wait another week. No item. I email again and it takes several emails to get an answer only to be lied to and told that the item was sent when it was not. Still does not arrive. I was finally refunded today but I feel that I need to leave the appropriate feedback. I thought something like "If you want to wait a month, this is the buyer" but that's kind of smart alecky. Suggestions anyone?

I say give a neutral. They did eventually refund your money. If you leave a neg then he might just neg you back.
Just my opinion!

I would try for a neutral since they did refund your money. I usually try to describe the situation if I am leaving anything other than a positive. Something like: After numerous emails and no item, Seller finally refunded my money -or- Poor communication from Seller, no item sent and money was finally refunded.
