Do you realize that you can earn more profits on ebay than all the 'free' auction sites? 1-1/2 years ago I bought a plastic race car model unassembled in the box at a garage sale. I listed it on ebay an it sold for $600 (a 1978 Formula 1 car 1/8 scale). I was hooked. Occasionally I become disenchanted with ebay. Particularly each month when I get their bill. I go to the other sites and search for items similar to what I am selling and there is no comparison to ebay. What was the last auction site you saw advertised on TV? It's like haveing a nice garage sale and having it broadcast coast to coast! (and around the world). Those of us selling valuable items know the value of ebay. Those selling infrequently valuable items (Trading cards, stamps, clumps of dog hair from under the couch etc) can question ebat as the listing fee is a big portion of the sale price. Let's see, I sold my Olandiz Artiguay rookie card for $1.35 and the ebay fees, $0.38, Killed me!! So I figured if I could sell 200 per day I might be okay but if I only get $1 on a free site then I can get rich quick! Where is captain kirk when I need to be beamed up!!! Love those characters!! Smile!!

Well, just list 200 of them (maybe you can check under your neighbor's couch if you don't have enough) and wait for those checks to roll in- yeah, that's the plan!

Mr. Spock, 4 to beam up! Have Dr. McCoy standing by, we have a medical emergency, enormous amounts of dog hair purchased from BidVille have made us all extremely ill.
By the way, "base-ball cards been berry berry good to me" (for those of you who have seen the old saturday night live shows).

There was a time when I was selling my best stuff on Yahoo, and the selling prices were below the average selling price on ebay, but once I counted in the fees for ebay, the Yahoo prices I was getting was almost the same as ebay's net price. If I had that same merchendise, I would still be selling on Yahoo exclusively.
