I just bid on something and the seller waits until the funds are deposited by Billpoint. I never do this with PayPal or anything else.
The weird thing is that the same seller will ship immediately with BidPay.
I don't get it. BTW my rating is over 500 his is 24.

Sometimes I do. I don't always have the money in my checking account and have to wait for the PayPal transfer to mail. This doesn't happen very often, I try to have at least enough to cover postage but it doesn't always happen.
