Sometime ago I paid a woman with a money order for a book. It has been several weeks now and I havan't heard from her (I feel I am being ignored) or received the book.

How do I contact ebay over this? What is the procedure? And can I please have the email address for within Australia.

Thank you to you all in anticipation.

Sarah

Don't know if I can help much, but can you go to where you purchased the money order and have it traced to find out if it has been cashed and if so, when?

Another note, the last book I shipped to Australia took 3 months to get there (they wanted the cheapest rate possible).

Here is an email address for ebay for you if all else fails and you need to report the seller: [email protected]

Hope this helps!

You can pull up their information (phone number, etc.) on Ebay - maybe just give them a call.

I have contacted safe harbour but all they say is to phone her. The phone call will costs me more than the book and postage combined. I am so livid. It only has to come from one state away - 3 days postage max. Why wont eBay support me properly? I feel duped and really angry.
GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
Im going now - I'm off to sulk.
