Your best bet is to try to send them an e-mail using the "send this auction to a friend" link on your completed auction page. Sometimes it's a simple matter of them not being able to get the mail due to ISP problems (theirs or yours).
Also, if all else fails, you can pull up their info and give them a phone call...if it's a rare or high-priced item, it might be a good idea.

Perhaps we should remember that not all of us write or speak PERFECT english. Now, cindysebay, go to your auction site and click on "mail this auction to a friend" and send it to you bidder. Then pull their contact info. If this does not get their attention, then file to get your fees back and move on. Hope this helps. Janet

The best thing to do is Request Final Value Fee Credit - first eBay sends them a warning, and 10 days after that you can file a FVC request - go to this page (link below) and it will tell you everything you need to know - I have had very good luck by doing this - most deadbeats pay up immediately!

It's GREAT to see the helpful advice here. That's what people come here for! We can all do without the "not nice" comments (trying to be gracious)...they only deter people from this site. No wonder so many just "lurk" here.
