Hi to all. I don't post here often, but could really use some good advice? I have misplaced my Solo 1100 Recovery CD (Disk 2) and my laptop has recently crashed. I usually use my home computer to start auctions, and bid etc, but have been using my notebook lately.
I know there are two CD's, and cannot find the second CD. I have searched on ebay to find one that will replace it, but so far can only find a few for other models.
Gateway will not help me. I would appreciate any advice I could get!! I am pretty desperate! Thanks so much!!!

Oops! Forgot to ask if anyone knows if another restoration disk, not listing my model laptop will work?

I'm not sure if this is much help, but my husband works for the company in question (not in tech support). He said he will do some hunting around. However, he does need to get some information from you on what model number, etc.
He wonders why GTW tech support was unable to assist you.
