Help! I have my page of auctions bookmarked. When I went there this morning to see my bids I saw one auction with a bid, that was all. So I then went to AuctinWatch Auction Manager to check my hit counters and it showed that I had another auction with a bid.
The thing here is, that second auction is not showing up on my list of active auctions over a ebay. I know I listed it. It has a bid. But it doesn't show up.
So I cleaned my cache out hoping that would solve the problem, but it didn't.
I know at least one person saw the auction before it went into hiding!
Can some of you please do a search on my user name and see what you see? The one that has gone into hiding is a "Honey Comb and Bee Towel Holder".
I would really appreciate it if you would take a look and see if it is showing up for any of you. I am really at a loss as to what to do about it.
If it doesn't show up pretty soon I know I won't get any more bids on that one!
I guess it might be a glitch in the system. Might be worth you time to check out your auctions and see if it is happening to you also.

jwoodcrafts,
We have had this happen to us a few times in the last weeek, and when we wrote to eBay about it, they said it can happen if you are using auction software that submits all of your auctions at the same time. We wrote to timesensitive, and they fixed the problem for us.
Take a look at your "missing" auctions and see if they launched at the exact same time as one of your other auctions.

I have seen post about this before and the advice always given was to contact [email protected] and ask them to reset your sellers's list.

I just use auction manager. Nothing else. But I did have several set to launch at the same time. I have email timesensitive. Maybe they will get it fixed.

You can also write to [email protected] and ask them to reset your seller account. Be sure to give them the User ID and the e-mail address associated with it. They usually fix it in 4-6 hours.

But you can also fix it yourself. This happens to me all the time.
When it happens in the future, before the item has bids, go into the affected auction and select "revise". You don't have to actually change anything, just walk through the steps as if you did , and when you submit the "changed auction" it will appear in your listing.
If the item already has a bid, then do an "add to my item description"
http://cgi5.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?AddToItemDescription
You do have to add something ( punction mark , anything), but the end result will post it back into your lists.

Well, it is still missing this morning, so I am going to do what "victoria" suggests and if that doesn't work I will email support as suggested by "dixiebee"
