Several major news agencies have reported the existence of new viruses scheduled to be released on Valentine's Day. Please use extra caution this week when checking your e-mail.

Thanks for the heads-up. I got an email this morning from "Nancy" with the title "Happy Valentine's Day". Needless to say, it went straight to the dumper

I live in a very remote area and my ISP is a very small independent(2 guys and a girl-litterally). Monday afternoon, I lost my connection and when I tried to dial back in, I got a message that the service was down for an upgrade. It stayed down about 3 hours. Then Tuesday, I got an email from them that Monday morning their new virus filters had captured the AnnaKournikova.jpg.vbs VBS/SST and within 2 hours they had intercepted 200 infected emails! For them that had to be most of their subscribers! I promised them a pizza next time I'm in town!

The AnnaKournikova virus would have overwhelmed their mail servers if it were executed. That is the point of that particular virus. It won't damage your data, but a business running a mail server would be in trouble. Lovely....
