I usually leave thrift stores empty handed, and sometimes I come home with something that I can triple my money on, but today I scored a whole box of goodies that I paid a buck each and sells on ebay up to $30 a piece. Woohoo! I won't get rich on this but it's a nice score anyway.I took a chance buying this stuff but my motto when going to thrift stores is buy what you know which is pop culture for me. So good finds are still out there just keep your eyes opened.

quickdraw, that recently happened to me Only I didn't know it would be such a big hit, so it was a PLEASANT surprise for me. I went back to my local thrift store and bought a couple more cause they still had them...made a REALLY nice profit!

Congrats

I had a really nice day today for once, too. I found some unusual Russian Olympics collectables, and some Rev. Jesse Jackson items!

I can't imaigine what a Rev. Jackson item would be (?) I know the man is a camera hound
so there must be a million prints of him, but don't tell me he makes stuff up to sell at rallies like t-shirts and knick nacks?

gravid, believe it or not yes. Try searching on his name and see what sort of things come up. Some are pretty funny.
